Leaks unfortunately with use

Sadly leaks ink onto my heads during every use, might be because I always take it to work with me in my bag! Otherwise it writes well :)

The ink if fine, but I can't see any difference in this color and the black. I expected it to be the brown shown on the box, but it's not...

It is a very dark brown. I expected a lighter brown, based on the lighter brown case.
