The following terms and conditions will apply to your use of Google Shopping promotional or courtesy codes (“codes”):

Codes cannot be applied towards shipping or service fees.
Codes expire on the date stated on the offer.
Codes are non-transferrable, and may not be sold or bartered.
Codes may be restricted to specific merchants, areas, brands or products.
Codes cannot be used for restricted items as communicated by Google.
Promotions are limited to one code per user.
Some promotions are only for first-time customers who have not placed an order with us before.
A code can only be used on a single purchase, even if the purchase is less than the total promotional code value. Multiple promotions or codes cannot be used on a single order.
If your promotional code is for a percentage discount, then Google reserves the right to cap the absolute dollar amount of the promotional code.
If you return items, or your order is canceled or rejected for any reason, you will not receive a refund for the value of the promotional code, and the code will not be reinstated.
Promotions may be revoked at any time and for any reason.
Your use of this promotional code constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
